- Is MySharedXP free?
- Yes. Unlimited expenses, all split methods, settlement plans and the full data export are free forever, for up to 10 active groups of 20 members. Ad-free costs €2.99 per year and allows 20 groups; Pro costs €1.99 per month or €11.99 per year and adds unlimited groups, insights, recurring expenses, receipt scanning and budgets.
- How does MySharedXP split expenses?
- Each expense can be split equally, by exact amounts, by percentages or by shares. When someone joins a group that already has expenses, you choose whether they share the existing expenses or only new ones.
- How do settlements work?
- MySharedXP calculates the fewest payments that bring every balance to zero. You review the plan, accept it, and record payments one by one or all at once. With Pro, every plan is also kept as a PDF for two weeks.
- How many payments does it take to settle up?
- Never more than one fewer than the number of people with a balance: at most 4 for a group of five, however many expenses there are. People who are already even pay and receive nothing.
- Can I move my groups from Splitwise, Tricount or Splitser?
- Yes, through a spreadsheet. Import an Excel or CSV export into a group: a Splitwise export is recognised automatically, and for other apps you match the columns and the names before anything is saved.
