Open Groups and tap +. Enter a name, pick a type and currency, and optionally a budget (Pro). Then add members from your friends.

Open a group and tap Add Expense, or use the + button on the Dashboard or Groups screen. Enter the title and amount, and choose how to split it.

Open Friends and tap +. Search by name or email; if the person has no account yet, send an invitation by email. It carries your referral link.

Yes. Open the expense and tap Edit to change the amount, title, category, split or participants.

Yes, attach a photo when creating or editing an expense. With Pro, scanning the receipt fills in the merchant, total, date and category.

Yes. From a group's menu, export its expenses to Excel (.xlsx) with category and payer drop-downs, edit the file, and import it back. CSV files in the same columns also work.

Create a settlement plan from the group. It lists the fewest payments that balance everyone. Accept it, then record payments one at a time or all at once.

Yes. Every plan is turned into a PDF when it is created and stays available for two weeks from the group screen.

Settled expenses are archived and stay visible in the group history; new expenses start fresh balances.

Subscriptions renew automatically. Plan changes and cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period: in the App Store or Google Play for app purchases, or under Settings › Subscription › Manage subscription on the web.

Yes, in Settings. Each group can also have its own currency.

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, groups are visible only to their members, and your data is never sold.

Yes. Settings › Export my data gives you a JSON file with everything tied to your account, at any time and for free.

Settings › Delete account removes your personal data permanently. Shared expenses stay intact for the other members under an anonymised placeholder.

Settings › Notifications lets you choose which notifications you receive and set quiet hours.

Check that notifications are on in the app settings and in your device or browser settings for MySharedXP.

Refresh the group. If it persists, check each expense’s split amounts and participants.

Check your connection and reopen the app. If it continues, sign out and back in.

Settings › Change password needs your current password. If you forgot it, use 'Forgot password' on the sign-in screen.
